We had the great joy of staying at Le Pavillion Villemaurine for one evening in September. We stayed in the double room, which was well situated with a beautiful modern bathroom, fantastic views of the vineyards, and a very tranquil design aesthetic. Nikki is a fantastic property manager, she responds quickly to all emails during booking, and was extremely helpful. In fact, I left a sweater at the Inn, and she posted it home to me, before I even realized it was gone! We felt incredibly lucky to stay at Villemaurine, it is wonderfully located right at the "entrance" to town, which means that it's quiet and not overrun with tourists. There is a lovely walk through the vineyard back to the main street-- which just furthered the ambience! The hosts were amazing, helping us get into a one of a kind vineyard tour, making fantastic dinner reservations, etc. We also really enjoyed sitting in the outside patio area, enjoying the host's own wine, and just taking in the scenery. Wonderful breakfast, attentive hosts, gorgeous home-- whose design makes you feel like you're in a luxurious magazine spread...what more could you ask for?

We can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: Book early as there are only a few rooms.

Oh what a beauty when you can rest in France! The Pavillion Villemaurine is beautiful, the owners/hosts are fantastic and have put their hearts, souls and good taste in a magnificent renovation of an old building and the location perfect. But in France you will have a hard time sleeping in better mattresses that those at Pavillion Villemaurine. We would have stayed more that one night right before the end of our vacation. Well rested and well catered in a beautiful place makes guests happy. So I can say that In order to have this kind of business, these owners "get it"! Thank you Julian and Nikki. We'll be back!

I wondered whether all the 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor about Pavillion Villemaurine were genuine before we stayed there. Now, having actually been and stayed there, I can happily advise that they are true and real. Fantastic owners/hosts, great location only 200m from town Centre, lovely views, fantastic breakfast, great quality beds & linen and a massive suite.

Room Tip: Book the suite if you have kids with you.

What a great spot! Not only is the hotel situated in a perfect location - close enough, yet far enough - but Julian and Nikki make staying here a comfortable and pleasurable experience. Our time here was one of the highlights of our trip. From helping us select excellent wines to take home to a drive to Bordeaux, Julian and Nikki went out of their way to make our time relaxed and carefree.
Beautiful room, excellent breakfast, delicious wine. We highly recommend!
