Clive & Christine.
We have just returned after a 4 night stay, the service was superb, Adrian Susie & Sophie their daughter made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent with a good selection of Mallorca's fine wines available. The rooms were clean & maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning in September this year for our silver wedding anniversary

Just spent 3 nights at Can Furios - the only guests as out of season - what a place and what wonderful service from Adrian and Suzie, the hardworking hosts. Carefully restored buildings , gardens and terraces for eating out with spacious bedrooms and utterly superb food. Despite the peaceful location in the foothills of the Tramuntana which offers excellent walking & cycling opportunities, it is still only a 20 minute beautiful drive to the north coast towns of Pollensa and Alcudia. 40 mins from the airport in Palma. Excellent hotel (you should go!) and we will surely return.

Room Tip: lovely thick walls keep rooms cool in the heat of spring and summer

Can Furios is my favourite small hotel, I would like to be a snail and take it round the world with me!
This is our fourth visit, previously in September, this time late March.
We have not been for four years but Adrian and Susy made us feel welcome again.
Nothing seemed too much trouble including finding a dentist!
It is relaxing and quiet Susy is an excellent chef and will listen to dietary requirements
We also had car hire arranged by Adrian which can be delivered to the hotel, my only tip is have a small car. Many of the roads in Mallorca are narrow and in my towns and villages parking is on the road, parking is often a challenge!
Looking forward to our return.

First, my apologies for writing a review nearly 5 months after the fact. But I have to say that even at this late date, we still fondly remember our visit to this charming retreat on a beautiful island. There's only a small staff here, but Adrian, his wife, and his daughter make you feel like there are 50 or more people onsite tending to your every need. Breakfast each morning (included) is sumptuous with homemade croissants, fresh fruit, an assortment of fruits and jams, and yoghurt. Granola is available just for the asking. If you're into eggs and bacon, they have that, too. We also had dinner here every evening (see pictures) that rivaled 2-star Michelin fare. The wines are mostly Majorcan, but a good selection is on hand. If you're staying for several days, don't be shy to order a white with the appetizers and a red with dinner. They will cap anything you don't drink and provide it for you the next evening.

Warning: It's not easy to find this little retreat up the mountain. You have to navigate one-lane roads - be sure to follow the directions they provide. But having said that, it's 10 minutes down to the main highway that you can take quickly into Palma or Alcudia. It was always an adventure each day choosing which part of the island to visit. Don't miss the ancient train to Soller. It's best to drive to Bunyola and pick it up there. You can ride it from Palma, but the first part is rather boring. We also enjoyed the Sunday market in Alcudia - but be sure to bring your best bargaining attitude!

In short, Can Furios is a lovely retreat up the hills away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas on the coast. You can't beat the service or the food.

We came to Can Furios on a Sunday afternoon and got a booking for the evening. It seemed like a lovely little place. When we turned up that evening we couldn't have imagined anything better. We really wanted to go back again and again but were sidetracked by meeting people at our hotel.

The food wasn't fussy but it was bold and delicious. The family were charming, attentive and wonderful people with many interesting stories. It being our first night in Mallorca they helped us get a feel for the place and direct us to lots of local places.

I can't thank them enough for a wonderful evening. Topped off by Adrian very kindly giving a lift up the road at the end of the evening. Service like that doesn't come by often!

I really cannot fault Can Furios, there honestly aren't any negatives. It is a beautiful building in such a perfect setting. This was my second visit, my parents live 5 minutes away and we went there for dinner on the last night of my stay... Adrian, Susy and Sophie as always provided a really friendly and attentive service, they are honestly a wonderful and friendly family who have made this hotel and restaurant so special. The food and wine was faultless, great ingredients and flavours, and the wine topped it all off. I am so looking forward to another visit in the near future!

We stayed 2 nights in September as a small celebration prior to meeting friends and staying on another part of the island. Adrian welcomed us on arrival and showed us his delightful hotel. He and his family work hard to keep this small hotel individual and special. We ate in both evenings, the food was delicious. It is a set meal but we were told the menu before hand and I am sure if we were fussy we could have had something else. We were able to sit outside for all our meals. If you are looking for a small hotel for a peaceful time look no further.
