The beach here is covered communities of microscopic life forms called stromatolites. There is a board walk that takes you out off shore about 50 metres to see the differences in the growth between where they are always under water and where they are exposed to sunlight during low tide. An interesting place but it pays to visit the information centre in the caravan park first.
