Can only echo what all the other reviewers have said. Have visited with my folks on several occasions over the last few years and the place is simply idyllic. Ron and Debbie are the most welcoming and friendly hosts any traveller could hope to meet, the setting is both peaceful and stunning and the rooms beautifully appointed. Superb breakfasts, fantastic hospitality and a wonderful location - three times we've visited and three times we've left wishing we were staying longer.

We spent 5 days at Mt. Lindesay View earlier this month. From our warm welcome by Debbie & Ron to a tearful farewell, it was FIRST CLASS. We were welcomed with homemade cakes and tea. Our room (The Champagne) was beautifully decorated (décor by Debbie) and nothing had been overlooked. Breakfasts were amazing - especially the pancakes, which are a Debbie's speciality. Food wasn't just "dished up" it was delightfully presented. After a day out, port and rocky road were served in the evening. We would defy anyone to find a more perfect B&B with views, hospitality and first class breakfasts.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Room Tip: Ask for the Champagne room as the view is AMAZING!

We stayed here for three nights on our way home to Perth from Esperance in January. We were immediately impressed by our welcome from our hosts Debbie and Ron. On arrival we were treated to homemade cakes and tea on the spacious verandah overlooking the wonderful views across the valley to a Mt Lindsay. Our room was not large but had a very comfortable queen sized bed and a large wardrobe plus a dressing table and a great view over to the mountains. Decor was colonial style which suited the country setting. The bathroom was spacious and had every thing even down to facial wipes left for our use. We felt that every little detail had been looked after with tea and coffee making, either in our room, or in the guest dining room, and a large shared guest fridge. There was a comfy Television room with a big screen t v which was useful for those nights we didn't feel like going out and about. There were lots of lovely wineries and great places to eat nearby and if we wanted we could bring take away back to the house and eat in the guest dining room. Every night Debbie provided the most sumptuous rocky road ( her own recipe) with a smooth and delicious port. We felt these hosts really wanted to make their guests as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was a feast and a great time to get to know other guests. Debbie and Ron were very helpful with advice on where to go and what to see in the area. In all we had a perfect time here and would highly recommend it to any couples wishing for a quiet relaxing getaway.

We are a couple who stayed at the B&B in January 2014, and Debbie and Ron really are the perfect hosts. Both know the area very well, and are more than happy to help plan trip and meals out. The accommodation and location are both peaceful, and very spacious and comfortable, with great views to watch the kangaroos during the early evening. Breakfast was superb, and the chocolate/port combination each evening was a lovely touch. On our final day, Debbie had heard of a bush fire nearby, and was very helpful with re-directing us so to avoid travelling near the danger areas. We would love to return one day -- top marks!

We stayed 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The accommodation is top notch, breakfast was a feast of freshly prepared fare. The pancakes were especially good. The views from the B&B are amazing, with parrots on the deck for breakfast and kangaroos on the lawn for supper! Debbie and Ron are lovely hosts, with a wealth of local knowledge. We would definitely stay here again.

Debbie and Ron of Mt Lindesay View B&B are consummate hosts a very warm and welcoming couple who love their B&B business and have a lovely home to share with their visitors.
The guest bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have very comfortable and smug beds. The bedrooms are bright and airy. The guest dining area has spectacular views of Mt Lindesay and views of the garden to see the visiting kangaroos and birds. Debbie and Ron produce fantastic breakfasts with delicious coffee. Debbie’s Rocky Road Chocolate, marshmallow and nut surprise in the evenings with port are divine. A memorable touch to end the day.
