The pottery on display represents the work of Myles Happ so you will find a range of styles that could well complement your home decor. All pots are dishwasher and microwave safe. Intricate, precise, massive or midget you will find ceramic items that are both decorative and functional. Messy pottery classes are popular! Bookings are essential with at least two days notice. “Lovely pottery pieces”
Reviewed 16 March 2014 via mobile

I've visited Happs Pottery on several occasions when in the southwest, it has a range of lovely pieces on sale adjacent their winery. The beautiful glazes and styles make great additions to your home and gifts for friends and family.

“Almost Unique”
Reviewed 8 December 2013

Happ's is one of only a few wine producers in Australia who prepare a sulphite-free offer. My wife an I travel a lot and Carol always enjoys Mediterranean wines - no headache!! It took some time but we've worked out that she doesn't like wines prepared with sulphite additions. Happs prepares a preservative free range that includes only natural sulphites that sometimes accumulate on the grape skin.

Apparently a lot of people suffer the same complaint as my wine loving wife and Happs is one of only three or four Australian wine makers who can cater to what is a reasonably large market.

The preservative free offering does not discount the taste of the wine - in fact it probably enhances the flavour. The only down side is that preservative free wine won't cellar for more than five years. What a shame ....... you just have to drink the goods!!

Drop into Happs, try the wines and open a door or two on wine education in the process!!

“1st timer to a winery”
Reviewed 14 September 2013

Called in to have a look at the pottery and ended up standing at the bar tasting wines while my husband bought some real bargains from the sales area.
Having never been to a winery or never really had the opportunity to taste a selection of wines I'm now a fully fledge winery goer. The patience and the knowledge of the staff was 1st class and I even walked out buying a bottle.
Can't wait for our next trip down south. Happs here we come.

“Broad selection of wine to taste- complementary tasting”
Reviewed 24 May 2013

Beautiful gardens, cosy cellar, nice sweet range to try, ended up purchasing a dessert port which was the most pricey but will surely enjoy stretching it out at home on the cold evenings. Pottery gallery, lovely to browse and appreciate artwork and there are some reasonably priced pieces.

“pottery and wine”
Reviewed 21 May 2013

Happs has a great selection of wines. Lots of sweet stuff which is what the girls were chasing. Ending up buying a case and some shiraz which was excellent might I add.

The pottery is pretty nice and there is a small art gallery there to now.
