We stayed 2 nights in the Red Robin Unit for a little rest away from it all. Great welcome from the hosts Lauraine and Noel - super little breakfast basket on arrival too with local bread, marmalade, fruit, yogurt and home made muffins to eat whenever we wished (topped up on the second day too). The properties which are rustically charming with lots of character furniture and features (and a space efficient shower room) are very well provided with all you need to cook, have a barbie or get a takeaway from nearby Dunsborough. The setting is the real charm though - with floor to ceiling windows on all sides of your cabin (they do have blinds) you feel totally immersed in the forest. Great place to stay.

Room Tip: Red Robin and Home unit are nearest the pool. Blue Wren has a partial view down the valley from tabl...

I stayed 2 nights at the Blue Wren Unit and loved it. Surrounded by ancient trees and the sounds of nature this is a great place to relax and unwind for a few days. The unit is furnished with style and with lovely soft blue/turquoise/wooden colurs. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. You can cook in the spacious kitchen. 2 sides of the lodge are glass windows which makes the view over the forest magnificient. Excellent place if you want to dive into the natural beauty of this area!

We stayed in the red robin. The room was very well set out and designed. We loved Noel's furnishings and quirky sence of humor.

This place has all the finishing touches you can think of to make it your home for a while.

Both noel and lauraine are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble.

Will we come again. You bet.

Great muffins.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Blue Wren unit, the unit and location were both outstanding and Noel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and the wildlife in the area - we had visits from Wombats, Kangaroos hopped by and we were woken by Kookaburra's in the morning. The continental breakfast was ideal and set us up for a day of exploring. The unit was very well equipped and comfortable and very well designed - lots of glass and great views.
