We spend 10 weeks touring Australia and this was one of the better faciities we stayed in. The motel is actually a former US Goverment officer's quaters, when the US miliary was stationed at the communication center located in Exmouth. The room had a kitchen, excellent TV, excellent internet and was very clean. They no longer have a resturant, but do provide a shuttle service into town. When we were there, there was a kangroo in the lawn and in the moring there were at least 8 emus in the lawn. I highly recommend this motel.

What can I say? Thank you for this nice review. Thanks for pointing out again that this was a former Base and that we converted it successfully. So for everyone out there who like a bit of a different experience, learn something about the history of Exmouth, the Base and the somewhat colorful path my wife and I had over the past 14 years, Sea Breeze Resort will deliver and make you feel home away from home! Thanks again and please spread the word up there in the US, will ya Mate? Cya Axel

We have just spent two nights at the SeaBreeze at Exmouth. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and its an easy drive to Cape Range National Park. The receptionist, Nadja, is very friendly and helpful. She has a wealth of knowledge of the area and gave us great tips on where to visit. The motel was able to provide us with snorkelling gear and an esky for our lunch the day we ventured into the park, this was very helpful for travellers who have flown in.

Thank you and Nadja is soooo happy to read her name and that you enjoyed her tips and infos. For all, yes it is a bit confusing, we have Nadine our GM and Nadja our Assistant Manager.... both bright young and good looking German Ladies.... ! ;-))) Sometimes even I get confused. Anyhow, thx for pointing out our snorkel gear and beach stuff hire. Makes all the difference to have a sun shelter and an Esky to keep your drinks cold. Cheers Axel

We were met at reception in a very friendly and helpful way which made a good start to our visit. The room had lots of space and was fitted out to a high standard. The kitchen fully met our needs and we enjoyed our dinner in the room. The bed provided a very good nights sleep.

The site is the old navy base but has been very well renovated and is a great credit to the owner. The visit by the local emus were an added attraction. The site is a short distance out of Exmouth and does not have a see view but it appears non of the hotels in Exmouth have a sea view

The local area is very attractive and my one regret is during our stay the winds were very strong and we could not snorkel.

Thank you for review. My wife and I put a lot of work into this property, which is not only heritage listed but owned by the Defence Department. So we need to comply with not only local and State regulation but Commonwealth and Defence regulations too! In between all this we managed to find a way to keep the old character as well as creating a holiday feel and atmosphere. Is is a unique place and we enjoy it very much. The air con, the wildlife, "Cyclone Proof" and that bit out of town to have our peace and quiet time! Thank you also for mentioning the staff, they really do a great job and love looking after our guests. All the best and please spread the word! Cya Axel

We got upgraded for free to the Deluxe Studio and they managed to accommodate extra 2 adults on the spot. And even with 4 adults in one room it was still pretty spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful - they offered great tips for snorkelling spots. Room was clean all the time. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport which was really handy.

We enjoyed staying at the Sea Breeze especially because it was part of the original Base. Plenty of room in our unit, very comfortable. We took advantage of being driven into Exmouth for our dinner at a restaurant which meant we could safely share a bottle of wine. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Thx for your review and that you took advantage of our free shuttle service! They are spacious rooms as they were originally shared by 3 US Chief Petty Officers. May see you back soon? Kind regards
Axel
