Enjoyed everything about Holberry House. It was a real haven after cycling the first half of the Munda Biddi Trail. Excellent value. A beautiful and restful place. I loved the books and my partner loved the magic cake plate : ) Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Get the spa room if you've been cycling the Munda Biddi trail : )

We have stayed at Holberry several times. It has always been fabtastic !!! The rooms have that quaint olde world charm , supremely comfortable, and immaculately clean. With genial hosts making us feel very welcome we were taken on a tour of the extensive gardens ( with several sculptural interests ) Especially inviting was the ground floor lounge area around the fire and the summery conservatory - great to while away the morning hours reading the papers or a good book. We will definitely be back.

Room Tip: The spa room is huge

My friend and our daughters have a girls weekend at Holberry House each year for the Nannup Music Festival. The accommodation, the breakfasts, our hosts Louise and Chris and the beautiful house and gardens are wonderful to enjoy and to retreat to when we have had enough music . The pool is great to use on hot weekends.I would gladly stay in winter and use it as a base for hilking nearby.. A pleasure to look forward to.

My husband and I have been staying at Holberry House in Nannup for the last 12 years, always during the time of the Nannup Music Festival at the end of February. It is a very special treat that we look forward to each year, as the Festival is getting better and bigger. Holberry House and the lovely, warm, welcoming hosts Chris and Louise are a sanctuary in the buzzing of the Festival event. Holberry House is situated in beautiful English rose garden within a naturally beautifully landscaped Australia Bush setting. It is simply magnificent. The only down side is that by the end of the Long Weekend, we have to leave. This year we stayed an extra night and enjoyed the peace and quiet returning to this lovely country town. The swim in the outdoor pool under the gum trees is also a very welcomed way off 'chilling out' during the hot summer season.

Room Tip: The Spa Suite is undoubtedly the best room

What a lovely place to stay, pity we were on a tight timeline or we would have stayed longer. Breakfast was great, would recommend the hot breakfast too. Great hosts, walking distance to cafes, hotel etc.

We stayed just one night here and it was excellent. Couldn't fault it, especially after the terrible place we stayed in the previous night. Everything about Holberry House was tastefully done. Breakfast was included in the price - a cooked breakfast would have cost a little more. The gardens are a pleasure to walk through. All in all a very nice experience which we would have no hesitation in recommending.

Room Tip: There are queens and doubles to choose from. The queens are more expensive of course.

Stayed here on a very bleak wet day. However there was nothing bleak about the experience in this truly delightful B&B set in the best country in Australia: the South West of Western Australia.
The park land grounds are full of wild life, the grounds beautifully kept. Upon entry into the B & B, an open fire made the place warm and inviting so immediately I just wanted to stay longer. The rooms are a good size with well proportioned ensuite. The bed comfortable and the owner had very thoughtfully put the heater on so the room itself was warm. The decor fits well with the overall ambience of the house and the finishing touches of fresh flowers added a comforting touch. The owners are thoughtful and considerate:role modelling exemplary customer service. Holberry House is a truly delightful place to stay.
