“Fantastic!”

Went there with my partner for a relaxing getaway from Auckland. Very relaxing experience! Therapists were very friendly and the service was the BEST! The pool was a little dirty though and didn't look like it was thoroughly cleaned.

“WOW!”

Amazing! Beautiful pools, amazing helpful friendly staff. Would recommend to all! The medium pool could just be a little hotter.

“A must see”
Reviewed 19 June 2014

Beautiful setting, so lovely to walk into. Some of the decor and wall hangings are a bit out of place or dated. But really nicely presented for the most part. Loved all the outside spa areas, the only thing I could suggest would be temperature guides on the maps and outside pools, we went in winter and just assumed the bigger spring would have been warm enough but it was far too cold and had to run around trying to find the warmest one. Day Spa is really nicely presented as well, only suggestion is that it was again freezing, far to cold for a massage and the therapist even apologised because of the "old building". Needs so e improvement there, wouldn't go back in winter to the spa because if this. Overall lovely and would return and recommend for sure

“Best Way to Enjoy Life at Whitianga”
Reviewed 12 June 2014

This Place is amazing.

They have three separate pools. The main pool includes a smaller pool and a cave spa. The crater pool is warmer.

Water is provided free of charge as a self service but if you will prefer drink, they are available. Price is amazingly expensive too.

They have 2 types of admission. 1 hour admission and whole day admission. It's a shame they do not have something in between. They will give you an extra 30 minutes in the 1 hour admission for changing and shower time

Bring your own towel as towels will cost you extra if you need one.

No children is allowed.

They do have facilities for shower but there is only one shower block so you may have to wait if they are busy.

Booking is not required unless you need a package with the massage.

“relaxing and amazing”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

We walked by the lost spring shop in the main road and we talked with Delphine the belgium girl and she highly recommended to go, she offers 1h30 for the price of 1hour and she said it s beautiful especially at night and she was right. As soon as we found a babysitter we could experience the thermal pool and it was amazing. The light in the pool were beautiful and we thought we were in another world. The pool were warm and hot and we enjoyed a lot our time there.
