“Feels like home”

I have always had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. They treat you like a good friend that has come to visit...which is nice after a long day of travel and meetings. I like their beds better than my own. And even if they don't have my favorite yogart out they will find a way to make sure it's there the next morning. Great staff!

This hotel is grade A from top to bottom. Their staff is amazing, the room's clean, spacious, very accommodating. Their door to door services, you can't beat. The location is centralized to many shops and restaurants. Rite Aid is on the same premise which is very convenient. I would stay here in the future, no doubt. Thank you.

Thank you so much for an extremely pleasant stay at this clean, organized, safe hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating! From arrival to departure, everyone on staff that I had the pleasure interacting with were kind, helpful and friendly. It truly was a pleasure to have stayed at this location.

definitely worth the stay. clean and very friendly staff - always ready to meet needs. bed was comfortable, room adequate. some night time noise, but not much. close to shops and restaurants in area. free parking. breakfast area clean and well stocked with good items. did not have greek yogurt which is unusual.

Am a longtime Hilton customer. This property is close to my grandkids so it's convenient. Know it's a thrift hotel, however service is service. Found the bathtub slippery and we are elderly. Asked if we could have a rubber tub mat. THEY WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ONE. it was promptly delivered with a smile. Above and beyond service.

Have stayed at this hotel 4 times in 2013 and every stay has been awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room are very clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is quite good for a hotel. When in the Buffalo area we always stay at this hotel since it is close to everything you could want.

We stayed from Dec. 29 - 31, 2013. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible. However, the last day we stayed there, the maid tried to get into our room at 8:30 am to get it ready for the next guests. I did not have enough time to even respond before she tried to get in. The lock was on, so she was not successful. However, all this commotion woke up the other 2 members of my family. The worst then was when after we ate breakfast and tried to get back into our room. They had deactivated all the room keys and I had to go back down to the office to get them reprogrammed. This happened about 2 hours prior to their 12 pm checkout time. Also, I had trouble with my allergies in the room. And, when the heat was too high, I lowered it a couple degrees to find that the air conditioner came on. Really? Air conditioning in the middle of the winter? It was about 12 degrees outside. Finally, the beds were too soft. I plan on looking for another hotel in the area. Also, there was no refrigerator in the room. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi was too hot.

Our maintenance staff works diligently to keep our heating units in excellent condition as well as our key card system and I am sorry you ran into issues with both items.
