New and beautiful and ‘green’ hotel. Concierge was very nice and helpful during our stay. Stunning lobby. The pool is nice, geared for the kids. Nice Hot tub, but again, good for kids…we didn’t stay long in the pool/hot tub area as it got a bit noisy. One advantage is that the pool is open late, 12:00 am. On- site parking garage. The garage gets crowded if you are out sightseeing until late, a bit hard to find a spot. They have valet service for the restaurant, so some spots are not open for the hotel guests. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy to find this hotel. Right off I-290. The room is large and comfortable. Our room was on the 6th floor, nice view of the neighborhood street and Main St. We had a wonderfully comfortable king bed with exquisite bedding and pillows. A nice one person couch/settee for lounging. There is a table/desk that rolls under the long shelf/dresser area. 3 drawers make up the shelf/desk area. Nice flat screen attached to the wall TV. Decent shows, free Wi-Fi. Good size closet, safe in room, nice size fridge and single serving coffee pot with Wolfgang Puck brand coffee. And the bathroom area. It is large enough to ‘have a party’ in if you wanted too! I want their shower. Roomy, with dual rain and waterfall shower heads. The soap amenities are high end and ‘green’ conservative. The rooms are not too soundproof. Could hear the person in the next room coughing in their bathroom Parents let their children run up and down the long hall, so you can hear the feet go back & forth like it’s a track race. Not the end of the world, but makes you aware of noises. The maid service was kind and accommodating. I wrote a note for a few extra coffee packets one day and for the rest of our stay, she remembered to leave a few extra. Niagara Falls is about ½ hour away, easy to get to, as well as Buffalo. Go to the Anchor Bar for the ‘original’ Buffalo wings. DE-licious!

We reserved/paid for in advance 2 king rooms for family visiting from out of town. All was well ...except family members from Boston had flight cancelled due to hurricane Arthur which necessitated renting a car and arriving a day later than prepaid reservation. We are hoping to get a credit for the night paid in advance.
