A must do and a definite repeat. Just toured the Moody Cove Experience for the second time today and it was amazing. We went at 9 am and we were the first ones out. It was peaceful except for our screams of JOY!!! I would recommend this to anyone with a bit of an adventurous streak. Safety is number one and the guides are top notch. Thanks Will and Austin.

We had a mother/daughter weekend in the Asheville area and this was the first time for all of us doing a zipline. It was a great experience. Mike and David were personable, gave easy to understand instructions, and were very entertaining. We will definitely be planning another trip to Navitat!

We had a great time with Navitat. Our guides Jake and Jonathan were exceptional. We have ziplined before around our home in MI and appreciated the all tree based experience with Navitat. We thought the price was a little high and that is the only reason why the rating is 4 instead of 5. We did end up getting a 20% discount which was appreciated. The photos purchased following the tour are fun to have. A suggestion for improvement on the picture taking process. We have seen this work better in other places. Having one of the guides take the tour pictures seem cumbersome. Having a professional photographer engaged would be best and while our pictures turned out just fine, they could also have been better. OVERALL, it was a great experience and we'd like to come back and try out their new Blue Ridge experience. if in the area and looking for 3.5 hours of fun this is the place to be!!

Shayna and Steve were awesome guides! Both were funny, but very attentive and serious about safety. Even if you're afraid of heights, you're always doubly hitched to dual lines so you always feel very secure even though at times you're 50 feet or more in the air and traveling at speeds over 30 mph.

The adventure starts out on short, low slope zip lines so you can get the hang of it. It doesn't take long and by the 3rd or 4th zip line you feel comfortable. The other 6+ zip lines get longer and/or steeper so speeds and run times increase. Also thrown in are a couple of repelling down from the tree top experiences and a suspension bridge. The repelling is an easy controlled decent. The equipment is always doubly secured and short of a tree falling over, it's all very safe.

The duration of the outing seemed a little long at 3.5+ hours, but that may have been due to the fact that it rained our whole time out with temperatures only in the 50s so everyone got a bit cold. Even with the crummy weather everyone seemed to have a really great time, and as I mentioned before, Steve and Shayna were great guides and kept us laughing.

This was my first time ever zipping and I did enjoy it, but our guide Bob really made the whole trip just I enjoyable. Our other guide Alana was very good at what she did, she made conversations with everyone, helped make fun nicknames for everyone, and even made some pretty awesome pictures for all of us. Bob on the other hand made rude comments to my friend who was with us in our group and even called her a liar three times to we face. He said to everyone while she was zipping across that her animal should be a cougar. He made the whole experience bad and he made me not want to return to this business. If I were you, find out who your guide is, and if it is Bob (he's a tall man with black hair about 45 years old) I would ask for a refund or to be rescheduled for another time and another guide.
