“Fantastic Food”
Reviewed 10 March 2014

I cannot more highly recommend this restaurant. My husband and I so enjoyed ourselves and the dishes were excellent. Do NOT let the outside appearance fool you -- go on in. The only complaint I could even have was that their steak knives need sharpening and they need to re-think their dinner plates. Too slippy on the bottom and with dull knives, you are in dangerous territory. Great food and service.

“Perfecto!”
Reviewed 21 February 2014 via mobile

While visiting family in Black Mountain we had the opportunity to visit a quaint little restaurant with huge flavor.
Little in the amount of seating, but this also lends to wonderful service, and the food huge in flavor.
The table had a round of oysters 3 ways, I could gave eaten these all night.
Entrées
Blackened redfish - excellent
Fried shrimp - big, juicy, lightly breaded
Steak - cooked to perfection
Trout - a tasty freshwater fish
With many items tried we weren't disappointed to say the least.
Great job Qué Sera.

“Great again!”
Reviewed 16 January 2014

This has become a must go to place whenever we are in town. Such wonderful food and such enthusiastic, friendly service. The specials are always outstanding, as are the regular menu items. Hope this place stays around for a long time!

“Outstanding in Black Mtn”
Reviewed 5 December 2013

An outstanding meal, worthy of the great seacoasts of the Southern USA. Freshest seafood in the mountains! To start, a perfect Martini, then baked oysters (Rockefeller, Bienville, and house. A perfect blend. Next a fabulous trout meuniere, grilled speckled trout with sauteed craw fish tails and spiced pecans on top of a corn cake and grilled romaine crowns! This is a fabulous creation worthy of Michelin! Then end with wonderful cherry pie homemade with ice cream!

The owners hail from Alabama and Mississippi. A great combination of talents. The wait staff and kitchen staff is friendly and professional.
