“Best Pizza Ever”
Reviewed 8 June 2014

This place has the best pizza I've ever eaten. I think it was the fresh ingredients that made the huge difference. If you like chain restaurant pizza, do yourself a favor and try this one. You won't want to go back. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. The waitress was friendly and nice. Wish I could eat there every week!

“Alright Pizza place”
Reviewed 8 June 2014

Food was good, but service was nothing to brag about. It took probably 20 minutes to get our order in & then another 20 to get our drinks... Dont even mention how long it took to get the food. It was good food , but if back in that town, probably will just go to pizza hut!

“Great food, Service is usually poor”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

Food is great, I have had many pizzas but few better than the ones from Fresh. Fresh ingredients and great gluten free options. That being said, we have been here at least 6 times in the 8 months we have lived here and NEVER had good service. Servers have forgotten us, not refilled drinks, failed to bring out orders, etc. They are lucky they serve quality food, it keeps us coming back hoping for good service.

“Best Pizza EVAH”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

Met some girlfriends here for lunch a couple of weeks ago and was amazed and delighted at the quality & quantity of food. We had pizza, bruschetta and baked ziti..shared by all 4 and loved! Great atmosphere, service was friendly, prompt and courteous. Can't wait to go back!

“The food is worth the long wait, but... ”
Reviewed 28 May 2014 via mobile

We're in Black Mountain for a few weeks and were excited to try one of the local restaurants on our first evening. Fresh came highly recommended and the food didn't disappoint. It was a Friday night around 6pm and the wait was about 45 minutes. Not bad, but more than we expected. The place is small and cozy (read:close tables) with a narrow outdoor patio. The pizza throwers and oven are in the same room as the dining tables so you get to watch them make your pizza. Therein, lies the "but". The young guys making the pizza (at least on the night I was there) looked as though they were competing in a grunge competition. At least use beard covers, please? I would go back because the pizza was excellent but, next time, I'll avoid peeking at the cooks.
