Just entering the shop makes it all worthwhile. You'll enjoy the smells of all the goodies as you enter, and you are lucky if you leave without buying one of everything. We chose ice cream and chocolaye covered mint oreos on our first visit, and for our trip home we picked up fudge, caramel apples, and a little peanut brittle (which we enjoyed watching them make) on our second visit. (The apples were perfect for the long ride... The rest made it home.)

Staff was brusque and not very attentive. Had to pull answers out of them regarding their products. They have a large variety of ice cream flavors and they offer samples. Tasty, but quite pricey for what you get...$12 for a single scoop in a dish and a single scoop in a waffle cup. There are only two tables, so don't plan to sit and enjoy your treat. There is also a wide variety of fudge and chocolate candies to choose from.

We stop by here whenever we are in the area. My kids even plan in advance what kind of ice cream they will be getting. It smells delightful, and you are tempted for both chocolate and ice cream. It is generally crowded in peak times, and there are only a couple small tables inside where you can sit. But this is the kind of ice cream you leave the shop with, and take a leisurely stroll around town enjoying.
