Celebrated our 38th anniversary with my wife's brother & his wife also celebrating theirs. Nothing special here, smaller than we thought. The issues we experienced: (1) The second bedroom where we slept was a smaller Full Size bed with a mattress that "crunched like 30 bags of crackers anytime either of us moved even an inch; room should have a new queen size mattress. Walls were very thin for conversation to master bedroom. (2) Guest bath toilet has no room between toilet and shower unit. You bang your forehead and/or your knee on the shower stall getting to the toilet while your foot rests directly on the a/c vent. Also the lights AND the vent were way too high on the wall for any useful purpose while using the sink or the shower. (3) The TV in the Great Room was way too small and way to high above the fireplace as all four of us adults had a kink in our necks looking up to try and watch TV. (4) On the good side, parking was good and the hot tub worked fine, cabin was very secluded.
This place definitely was worth the treacherous drive up. That's is the only reason I only gave it a 4. They do state that you need AWD, or 4WD, and they are not kidding! The view was amazing! We stayed for 6 days. The cabin was beautiful. We did have a few problems with hot tub, but I see that almost everyone does. The water was very cloudy and discolored for most of our stay so we didn't use it much. But that didn't really bother us! We would more than likely book again, but perhaps book a cabin down the mountain a little so we didn't have to do the drive up to the top!
