“There are better places in Burlington, NC”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 May 2012

Stayed at this place for graduation weekend because all of the better places in Burlington were sold out. it beat driving to Mebane or Greensboro, but not by much. The rooms and hallway have a musty odor. The blanket for the bed had burn holes in it. We found what looked like dead bed bugs under the mattress. There appeared to be a black mold stain in the bathroom. The toilet seat was peeling. The phone in the room didn't work.

Complimentary breakfast was a little below average.

Exercise room had a LifeFitness treadmill, elliptical and recumbent bike (1 of each) in a musty room with a broken air conditioner and towels that could be used for sandpaper.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great bang for the buck. Very comfortable mattresses and reasonably updated. The rooms are very quiet and you hardly hear anyone else. We have stayed on business many times at this hotel when visiting a client in the Burlington, NC area.

Room Tip: Rooms toward the front desk have better WiFi and all non-smocking rooms are on the bottom floor. (Th...

I was staying in Burlington for a competition and my team adviser booked the hotel. The first thing we noticed was that there is no elevator to the second floor. So, we lugged our bags up the stairs. The rubber flooring on the steps was coming off. The rooms were very clean for a hotel. I was able to walk around in my socks without the bottom of them getting dirty. The beds were okay. The showers are weird and hard to figure out. When you step in the bathtub it gives a little bit.The hotel is located right next to the interstate, so there was a little noise from that. The Internet speed was almost as slow as dial-up. The breakfast was THE WORST! There was barely anything on there that was identifiable as food. You can get a much better hotel for the price.

While stayin at the Quality Inn with our Bball team for a tourney the electric went out on one side of the room. After calling the front desk to let them know of the problem they assured me they would take care of it so we left for our games. Once back to the room that evening we still didn't have electric. The front desk offered to allow me to use another room to iron in, a room that didn't have a television so my choices were to either have a room wit out power on one side but has a TV for the kids to watch or a room wit electric but no TV; go figure. We also had problems wit getting rooms cleaned so girls could have clean towels & wash cloths to shower after playing 3 games after 3pm due to my guess, not enough workers. One could say 'Quality Inn' or 'Quantity Inn'!!!

Wonderful wonderful people on the staff, Tasha was a BIG help and very accomendating to our needs. Also want to sent a big THANK YOU to Crystal. Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast, not so great. The chef offered to make eggs to our request. Biscuits and bagels could be used as hockey pucks. Hash browns were raw potatoes. I would stay there again!!!! Had pet friendly and adjoining rooms that we took advantage of.
