This Hampton Inn was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, we didn't want to get up in the morning! There was a nice selection of food for breakfast and they served very good coffee. We are extremely picky about hotels being clean and beds being comfy - and we have nothing but good things to say about this Hampton Inn. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area which is nice. There are also several good restaurants nearby.

Burlington, NC is the community that harbors many average to "less than average" CHAIN hotels that serve families and visitors to Elon University. This Hampton Inn is what we consider to be the "best" of a group of very average hotels -- it's what you'd expect from a clean, basic Hampton Inn -- looks like it's been renovated in last 2-3 years... We've stayed here 6-8 times in past few years -- rooms are consistently CLEAN and comfortable. Area surrounding hotel is basic suburban sprawl... chain restaurants, highway, parking lots for tractor trailors... but that's what Burlington is all about! If you are looking for a place to stay that's convenient to Elon, good value and good night's sleep, would recommend Hampton Inn.

We stayed here four days, while moving my son into Elon. University. The rooms are spacious and clean.. The beds and linens were comfortable. The hot breakfast was better than most of these type breakfasts at hotels. Don't expect restaurant quality and you won't be disappointed. The people at the desk could not have been any nicer. Talked to several different people there at different times and they were all very pleasant and helpful. They only thing which kept me from giving this hotel 5 stars is the thermostatically controlled air conditioners. When the air came on , it came on full force and very noisy. If you are a light sleeper it might wake you up every time the air comes on during the night. Some nights it bothered me - some I slept through it. Still I would stay here again.. I liked it better than the Comfort Inn next door.

We stayed here when my daughter toured Elon University. It was a short drive to the University. The hotel was very clean, very new, and they put us in a room the size of a suite for the price of a regular room. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast, which is reasonably good.

Tried to book this hotel for our next trip and was disappointed that it was sold out. Definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

This appears to be a relatively new hotel located just off Interstate 40 in Burlington. I have stayed there twice and was very pleased both times. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was clean and well appointed. The only negative is that it is located just off Interstate 40 which does result in some highway noise but it is not overly bothersome. The breakfast was the typical Hampton breakfast with a good variety of offerings. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting colleges in Greensboro. The hotel staff was great! They were friendly and eager to help from the time we checked in, offering recommendations of places to shop and have dinner. The rooms were very big and the beds were very comfortable. The location was good too, right off of the inter-state. I really did not notice any noise. I would stay again.
