My son and I came to visit another son who lives nearby. He liked it so much he plans to bring his family back in April and I will definately be coming back. The peaceful and tranquil enviroment was a blessing and being close to all that Asheville has to offer is a plus. The staff goes out of their way to welcome and assist. I thank Kate, Alisha and all their staff for always making my stays wonderful and recommend you give them a visit, you won't regret it.

Room Tip: If you are a couple or solo check out the Cricket. I am so looking forward to my next visit.

My fiance and I drove up from Atlanta to meet my family (from Raleigh) for the weekend and we had an incredible time at Mountain Springs Cabins! We were able to take our dog with us and stay in one of the dog-friendly cabins. The cabins are well-equipped and suited our needs perfectly. There are gorgeous hikes not too far away and, of course, Asheville is right down the road (one of my favorite places to visit). Staying here is such a steal...you get so much more than you pay for! We'll be back!

Room Tip: There are several cabins that are designated as pet-friendly...check them out if you want to take yo...

I've stayed at Mountain Springs twice and look forward to returning. The cabins are lovely and Kate and Alicia wonderful, stocking the cabins with everything you might need--even brilliant books. We had a beautiful of the creek from our front porch.

We have stayed at Mountain Springs many times and the visits keep getting better! The cabins are warm and inviting, the grounds relaxing and beautifully maintained.

Kate and Alicia are wonderful! They instinctively know what what would make their guests happy - and it is there! The cabins have everything you could possible need to relax and enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. We have stayed in three of the cabins and there is something special about each one. I especially love staying in the Cricket by the stream for the peaceful quality....and the Willow Creek for its spaciousness.

Thank you Kate, Alicia and the Mountain Springs staff for making this our "GO TO" place in the mountains.

Room Tip: The Cricket is a lovely cabin for couples -- quiet and by the stream.

Our family stayed for the first time over spring break and loved it. We were able to do lots of hiking and also had a opportunity for horse backing riding and garnet gem riding. Our boys loved playing on the property, especially with the cats. The staff were extremely helpful in helping us plan each day. We were also glad to be able to cook all our own meals in the cabin. The scenery is beautiful, and we had a very relaxing time. Plus, we were able to play table games every night as a family as well.

My husband and I have enjoyed Mountain Springs Cabins twice now with family and plan to return in April to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! So relaxing and just a must for anyone who wishes to spend some quality time away from all the hustle and bustle of our normal busy lives.. wonderful retreat with all the comforts of home! We have stayed in 2 of the dog friendly units and love them both! So neat and clean - no signs of past furry guests which truly helps with my husbands allergies.. During our latest stay, we enjoyed The Cricket which is wonderfully setup - loved the large bathroom! We have also stayed at the Katydid and highly recommend. Both units have comfortable beds with very nice mattresses, just like home... We could have slept and slept but with so many fun things to do nearby, we set the alarm clock provided and enjoyed cereal in the fully equipped kitchen on our way to hike the mountains. Full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and great view off the patio to enjoy our meals - what more could you ask for? Love and highly recommend to all!

Our recent stay at the Mountain Springs cabins was idyllic. The cabin was spotless, and provided a peaceful and charming retreat. Alicia was wonderful in pointing us in the right direction and is just the right person to welcome us. Our only regret was that we were only there for 2 nights. We vow we will be back to use Mountain Springs as a starting point for travels in the area and come back each evening to our little home away from home. Thank you Alicia, Kate and staff for a wonderful stay - you are great tourism ambassadors.
