Lite on the atmosphere. Good food. Like a small hangout for high schoolers. Mine (highschooler) loved it !

A taste of culture. This place was a breath of fresh air from the rest of the places to eat. I hated that I had to wait another year to eat here again. Not a momma and poppa place. Would eat here everyday if I could. Loved it!!!

While on the off season one may find it hard to get good food in Carolina Beach (during peak it may not be much better?) our experience at Treehouse Bistro was great. The selection was great and it was well prepared. Their wine and beer selection is likewise quite good.

Tapas restaurant with funky vibe. Inside seating and well as sheltered outside deck. Knowledgeable wait staff. Very food, reasonably priced food, beer and wine. We'd go again in a minute!

First off, this restaurant is so uncharacteristic for any NC beach, much less CB. They have no fried seafood and is not the place for sweet tea. What they do have is excellent tapas (small plates a ls Spain), Spanish wines, and a great selection of beers. All the food we've had there the past two visits has been marvelous. The wait staff is very friendly and laid back. And the setting is pretty neat--second-floor outdoor dining on a little bar overlooking a park. We went on their Thursdays wine tasting where generous amounts of choice Spanish wines were available by a fellow with encyclopedic knowledge of their provenance. I can't see anything not to like at the Treehouse and we'll return time and time again.
