Nice hotel but has had appx 15 years of use and dating is there. Some updating is evident and typical pool indoors with sauna and hot tub. Almost a Three star plus. Breakfast is very good and location is good. I do not think you will feel

Dear Meadors:

Thank you for staying with us on your recent visit to our area and thank you for your comments. We are not the newest product in the area but that drives us to work harder on delivery of friendly efficient service and maintaing the hotel. You will be glad to know that we are currently updating some of our furnishings in the public areas as projects to keep up with the times. Thanks again and I hope to see you on your next visit to the area.

My wife and I recently stayed at this Embassy Suites in Cary. The hotel is in a fairly convenient location to the airport, and it has a free airport shuttle. There are several restaurants including a Bonefish Grill in or near the shopping center in front of the hotel. You do have to go through the shopping center parking lot to get to a traffic light. The hotel is located close to NC State and the PNC center.

The hotel is 9 stories and includes a convention center. During our stay, the hotel was quite empty. The breakfast was very good. The room was extremely large and the bed was very comfortable. It's hard to beat he accomodations and breakfast for this price. I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Check sites like kayak for good deals through 3rd party suppliers.

My husband, 2 kids and I enjoyed our stay. The made to order eggs were great, as was the rest of the breakfast. The evening reception food was a little light but there are restaurants both within the hotel and within walking distance so that was fine.

I don't understand some of the other reviewers as the place was top notch. It is just off the interstate in a nice wooded area. The interior atrium is beautiful with a fountain/creek with koi, a decent workout center, good size indoor pool and hot tub, a restaurant, souvenir and snacks. Was staying for a NCAA basketball game and the PNC arena was a quick, simple 4 minutes away.

This is an excellent hotel for business, it is 10 minutes away from the airport and about 15 min from South Point shopping mall, which was really good since I was traveling with customers that wanted to do some shopping.

You get complimentary internet access and all the rooms are supposed to be two bedroom suites, with a kitchenette that has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave.

You get the usual complimentary items in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) but no robe or slippers

The gym is good and is open 24hrs, it also has a small indoor pool

All in all I think it is a very good choice if you are doing business in the Cary area, it is a good 30 to 40 min drive to downtown Raleigh so, if your business is not in Cary you are better off finding something closer to Raleigh

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the upper floors that way you won't hear any noise at night
