This is probably the nicest public course in Charlotte and was in immaculate condition when I played there on June 1. The fairways were lush and easy to hit off of, the greens rolled true (though they are tricky to read), and the rough was a perfect length. The staff is exceptional friendly and help make this a true, resort-like course. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was a 5-some playing ahead of us that slowed things down quite a bit. We still played under the USGA recommended time, but there needs to be a marshall enforcing the rules.
