My husband and I stopped in Harrah's Cheorkee on our way home from a business trip in March. Check in was excellent. A five minute wait time!!! The front desk hosts were pleasant and friendly and the room was incredible! After we settled we decided to gamble. The casino was large and surprisingly not as smokey as other reviews had stated. About an hour into our gaming (and a thousand dollars later) I needed to use the restroom. BIG MISTAKE!!! As I walked in and started to turn towards a bathroom stall - I slipped and fell in another patron's vomit and twisted my knee. The attendant, who was talking on her cell phone in the hallway when the incident occurred, came rushing in when she heard me scream and assisted me by walking with me to to see the medic. Upon reporting this incident to management and security, I was told (after 35 minutes of discussion between the two as I stood waiting covered in vomit) that there was nothing they could do for me and that I needed to wait until I heard from a risk management person to resolve this issue. They stated it would take about 3-4 weeks for that person to get the incident report and contact me. It has been over 4 weeks and I have not yet been contacted. Really.....nothing they could do for me???? I wasn't even offered a free drink. I will NEVER visit that casino again!!!!!
