The prime rib on the buffet was to die for! The clams were tender and tasted fresh. I was too wimpy to try the frog legs. The boiled shrimp were mushy. Good selection of desserts. Our server was friendly and a did a great job. I don't recall his name but he was a very buff Cherokee man. The decor looked exactly what you'd expect a hotel restaurant to look like with a few interesting native items. The price was on point for an upscale buffet, with drink about $20 per person.

Thumbs down on the Sat. night buffet. The choices were sparse, the prime rib was actually tough, and the baked potatoes weren't done, plus I think our potatoes were leftover from Friday night's dinner and just reheated! At least that's how they tasted anyway. We didn't even bother to try either of the two desserts. You know the saying how we eat with our eyes first? Well, neither one looked appetizing at all. One was some kind of pie, but the crust was coming away from the custard filling like it had seen better days, and the other one was some kind of layered thing in a big bowl. Both were sitting at room temperature instead of being chilled as they should have been. Can't recommend it at all.

We are dinner here every night but Sunday, since they close at 2PM following a Sunday brunch. The restaurant is very homey and features a buffet leaning to the seafood side of the spectrum. The price is quite reasonable, and you may specify the buffet as is, or for an additional $7, add all-you-can-eat crab legs. Cocktail shrimp, accompanied by an excellent cocktail sauce are on the buffet table either way. A most welcome touch for us is that they have a BYOB license in this otherwise dry area so that we could enjoy a highball before dinner.

Years ago we always ate here when in the area and it was wonderful. This year was a big disappointment. Fewer choices of foods that were just bland and unappealing. The service was excellent.
