We had our first visit at the Harvest Grill to sample their winter '13 menu. We were *NOT* disappointed! The ambiance was quiet and very relaxing. Our server, Andrea, was pleasant and checked on us at the proper intervals. For our entrees, we selected the Braised Duroc Pork Cheeks with Apple, Bacon & Bleu Cheese and the Pumpkin Ravioli with Smoked Mississippi Rabbit and Local Country Ham entrees. The food was extremely delicious and the portions were ample (doggie bag--YES). Aside from the delicious food, what I especially liked was their menu including gluten free selections and complimentary gluten free FRESH BAKED BREAD. I've always had to skip the bread and most desserts since I have a gluten sensitivity. It was such a treat to have both! The highlight of the night was the dessert: Pralines & Peanut Butter Mousse Torte (GF)--sheer heaven! The menu had a lot of variety, so there is something for everyone. You just may have a hard time deciding! We will be back!

Our group of 4 enjoyed our filet and lobster dinner on New Year's. While New Year's tends to be over-priced we all felt that we got good value with the wine, appetizer, entree and decadent dessert we were offered. Full menu choices too which was unexpected. The lobster was super sweet and steak cooked perfectly. The chocolate and peanut butter desserts were so decadent and rich that none of us could finish which was OK as left overs the next day are perfectly all right with me. We've been here several times and this farm to fork restaurant never fails to delight.

This was our third visit to Harvest Grill over a period of 3 years. It was just average, but over priced. Would recommend the restaurant at Sanders Ridge over the Harvest Grill.

My wife and I and my cousin and husband met at the restaurant for a Christmas lunch. In the hills of NC, one does not expect world class cuisine. We found it at the Harvest Grill led by Chef Paul Lange. We enjoyed entrees of Duroc pork, Shrimp and Chicken over Polenta, Shrimp and Crabcakes and a Reuben sandwich with pulled pork and sautéed cabbage. That Reuben was very edgy and made me want another. We had a bottle of unoaked chardonnay that was a perfect match with our food. Great food, outstanding friendly professional service and excellent wine. We will be back to see the winery this summer. OFS !

This establishment ranks up there as one of the best places I have eaten east of Seattle. We were seated in the "sunroom" section where we could enjoy the views of the vineyards. Kimberly S was our waitress and she was superb. Kimberly was personable, helpful and professional-yet friendly. The wine was perfect, the pacing of the meal was spot on, we were checked on a perfect intervals without being hovered over. We could have spent the entire afternoon there and not felt rushed.I will definitely be back!
