I have been staying at this hotel since they opened the doors. That has been quite a few years and the service, the rooms and the staff have only gotten better. Keep up the good work Hampton Inn of Dunn, NC. See you next year, same time same station (Smile)

We were traveling from Orlando to Connecticut and needed to find a place to rest in the middle of our drive... After searching through numerous places to stop, we settled on our night-time stopping point. I looked at reviews for hotels to stay at and was not happy with reviews that I saw, so we decided to go a bit further. This hotel was the top of the reviewed places to stop and it definitely lived up to it's marks! Lobby and Room were both very clean and fresh while the staff was very courteous! I would make an effort to stop here again if I need a mid-way drive break! My only complaint is not with the hotel but with the Hilton booking system in general, so no need to post it here!

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. It is clean, looks recently remodeled, and the staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Morning breakfast was the norm for Hampton Inns and was hot and fresh.

Very convenient to I-95. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity were to arise.

Room Tip: We stayed on the top floor and faced the back. Better view if the room were in the front but when you are asleep it does not matter.

Shared parking with a steakhouse and bar not handicap friendly due to lack of parking. We found a small German cockroach in the bathroom that we had to kill ourselves. The main part of room seemed clean enough we found no bed bugs. There is an extra $10.00 added on your bill at check in for snacks that you may use and it is supposed to come off your credit card if you don’t use them. Still waiting to see if it is returned to our credit card. High priced for the lack of amenities offered as no indoor or heated pool, no hot tub, or spa was available. No towels or blankets could be delivered to room as only one personnel on duty.

Thank you for posting a review of your stay. I apologize if you was misinformed at check in regarding the additional 5% authorization. This additional authorization is for any incidentals that you may accrue during your stay ex. suite shop items, long distance phone calls. It sometimes takes up to 72 business hours after you check out to release back to your credit card, depends on your bank. We do not have an indoor heated pool, but we do have an outdoor pool. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to have you as a guest if travel should bring you back to our area.

The staff was very friendly and the guess rooms were very clean. I needed to leave a day early due to a family emergency and the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again. I enjoyed my stay there at the Hampton in Dunn, N.C.
