My favorite part of the DPAC is the variety of events they present. Broadway, concerts, comedy. The facilities are beautiful, easy access with a number of parking structures within walking distance. The seats are really comfortable and the acoustics are nice. And for some shows they have food trucks outside which is nice for those people who might want to grab something to eat.

Thanks so much for this nice feedback. We do like to say we have "something for everyone". Broadway, concerts, comedy and the world-famous American Dance Festival. Our new season starts next month and will feature over 200 events. You can always get full details on our website. Thanks again...keep the feedback coming!

From Broadway plays to Music concerts to Charity events, whatever your choice you will not be disappointed. This is a first class venue nestled in the heart of downtown Durham, NC. There are no bad seats in the house whether on the floor or in the balcony. I would highly recommend DPAC to locals & visitors to the area as well. Refreshments available for purchase.

We have enjoyed 3 shows at the DPAC and have never been disappointed. Parking is nearby and only $5. There was a ballgame the same night and they emailed us to let us know better ways to get to the parking garages, restaurants, etc. A very nice touch that you don't receive from other theaters. Greeters smile and talk with you as you enter and leave. Ushers are polite and knowledgeable. We got Starbucks coffee for $4 a cup with free refills. The lines for the restrooms at intermission are long but move very fast due to the pleasant attendants that quickly direct you to the open stalls.
The theater itself has great acoustics and is just small enough that you can see the stage clearly from everywhere.
Love this venue! Will continue to enjoy it more in the future!

There is not a bad seat in the house. Even sitting in the 3rd tier balcony puts you close enough to the stage to see, hear and experience the show. Plus it is a beautiful building and easily accessible. I have attended 2 concerts at the DPAC and both were very memoriable experiences. Looking forward to the next!

Thanks so much for this nice feedback. We do hear feedback like yours that there are many seating sections at DPAC that offer great views of the stage. Ticket prices are usually set in relation to the closeness to the stage so that fans always have a choice of price points. To get an indication of the view from different seating sections you can go online at our website a click on the seating section and a view from those seats will pop up on screen.

Thanks again and keep the feedback coming!
