El Coyote was recommended by a friend, but we were a little taken aback by its location in an aging strip mall. It's worth the trip, though -- food choices are varied with many steak and pork options, not just the usual tacos/burritos/enchiladas. Steak and chicken were tender, chili verde was nicely spiced and the perfect level of heat. Chips are very good, thin and crisp, but you don't get the usual basket on the table at the beginning of the meal. Service was prompt and friendly. We got there early (6:30) on a Saturday evening and were the only guests until 8:00, but perhaps it has more of a late-night, bar-oriented clientele. Worth a try, and a second visit.
