This is a nice mall, it's upscale so you wont find too many cheaper stores, but that's ok for me, it was really nice. The combo of the inner mall and outer courts were a treat!

This is a very good mall but not great! Parking is a nightmare! A large variety of shops, more upscale than your typical mall. Very clean and a lot of security. My only complaint is the lack of stores for kids. Sure, they have children's clothing stores but I would love to see a Disney Store, Lego Store, Build A Bear.... American Girl would be terrific!!! It's a shame to have to drive to Crabtree for these stores if you are in the Durham area visiting.

Nice big mall with bright airy walkways. The foodcourt's variety was very limited and consisted of mainly American-style Chinese under different names

More cafes are needed

I use to travel to Durham regularly and this was my favourite place to shop. I stayed in hotels closer to the Northgate Mall but this place is worth the extra drive. It is big, clean and has all the popular department and American stores including a cinema. It also has an Apple Mac store which I love because there isn't many of them. There is lots of shopping for people of all ages and plenty of places to eat. This is a busy mall so I always liked going in the morning. Can't wait to visit when I am back in the area some day.
