The Sprout Cafe is located in the Museum of Life and Science near the butterfly building. There are options for everyone with the menu, even some vegetarian options. There are also hot and cold sides to pick from. The food quality was fresh and tasty. I had the pulled pork, french fries and fruit salad. All were very good. My fresh fruit side was a good size and I could tell it had just been cut. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

Enjoyed this cafe --had lots of veggies as sides and had much more then the normal fare. Enjoyed the Thai chicken wrap. Also my kids njoyed the banana pudding and the black bean salad as a side--very refreshing in the heat of the day!
