Employees are great workers and happy people. They recognize their guests by name and they strive to be sure you are 100% happy. Dean, The General Manager is personable and has a goal to make your stay pleasant and restful.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. The room was fresh and clean as well as comfortable. The location is near Raleigh but far enough away to miss heavy traffic. The location was very quiet, allowing for a restful sleep. Breakfast was okay at this location but did not have fresh fruit or oatmeal (no fruit and served instant oatmeal).

This property was nicely located near Raleigh and suited our needs for a one night stay. We were given the opportunity to check in early prior to our meeting in Raleigh which was a very nice gesture on the part of the manager and we appreciated this courtesy. Checking in was pleasant and professional.

The room was very clean and well maintained but this property is an older building and the rooms have not been updated. Older furnishings and decor but that did not effect our stay in any way - are we getting to fussy these days about some things?

The one problem was with the morning breakfast. While I did not go down, my husband did and found the selection not as satisfactory selection compared to other Hampton Inns. He was not impressed. Also, the one really negative was that the coffee was cold. Since he went down to get coffee and I was to follow, he recommended we go elsewhere for breakfast, which we did.

However, when the need arises, we plan on staying once again at this location as it is very acceptable. The "average" rating is not intended to be negative but there just was nothing outstanding about this property.

Room wasnt to bad just the bed was awful. Woke up with backs hurting which made for an uncomfortable ride home. Breakfast was a grab and go but still good. Coffee was excellent. Service was great and very friendly. Even pointed us into the direction of a great resturant.

Decided to stay here based on reviews on line. We were not disappointed. Hotel was close to the hi way but set back enough to be quiet. Enjoyed a great night's sleep. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast room was well stocked in the morning. Would stay here again.

The hotel clerk took 20 minutes to get to the desk. When I got to my room there was trash in the doorway and a hanger hanging from the bathroom doorway. Breakfast in the Hilton hotels are declining. the fitness room is very small. the AC had to run all night or the room was hot. the rug felt damp when I took my shoes off.

Great location near Raleigh and highway connections. Wanted to be close to downtown, but didn't want to worry about parking a car. Very clean hotel and well staffed. Low rates. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Great breakfast. Free internet!
