We love this quirky Mexican place, not least for the little market on the porch and the walk-in-closet-sized room made into a tiny store of imported necessities. Service is just fine, everything comes out of the kitchen tasting freshly made. Even the refried beans have a zip and texture that says they have not been sitting on a hotplate for days.
I could do without the two yammering TV sets, but I haven't requested that they be turned off either. These folks are so obliging, I'd be surprised if they weren't obliging.
Come hungry. The servings are generous.
