“Over rated”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

Ambiance of Ristorante Paoletti was lost in the noise level and crowded tables.
The flavor of Involtine di Pallo alla Boscaiola was that of stuffed shoe leather.
My entree, Rissoto al Limone ai Frutti di Mare was over seasoned although the shrimp and scallops were good.
Service was standard.
Price to value was outrageous!

“Good but over hyped”
Reviewed 29 July 2014

Food was good but not great . Hotel told us that this was the nicest restaurant in town and we assumed that nicest meant best. Our meal was good but there are better places in highlands. We have had better Italian food at many places. Thought at least our teens would enjoy this but they wanted more flavor in the pasta dishes they ordered. Great if you want a formal sophisticated atmosphere and good glass of wine.

“Great Menu for carnivores, vegetarians. and garlic lovers”
Reviewed 28 July 2014

There are great choices for all tastes and it all tastes delicious. We ate there twice and saw many more interesting things to sample. This is my favorite restaurant. The only issue is the noise level gets so loud that we had to shout at each other. Never mind, I will go back again and again. Be sure to get reservations.
