I had the L'Americaine which is a Fish of the Day (char), Shrimp, and Mussels Basting in a Spiced Cream Sauce, Flambéed with Cognac similar to a bouillabaisse, but spiced much differently. This is one of those dishes you will never forget. I will probably dream about, not to mention crave it. The name is misleading as the spices are more African and Indian. Truly a fabulous dish.
