“Neat mini golf”

Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf
Reviewed 1 July 2014 via mobile

This was a pretty neat mini golf site. Price wise, it wasn't amazing.. But that's to be expected. Both courses look to be pretty simple with elaborate sites to see like a pirate ship and waterfalls. Each hole is about a par 2 or 3, but my husband and I are terrible at mini golf, so we had a blast. It was pretty packed and the guests were of all ages. The only bad part was waiting around for slower groups, but that happens just about anywhere. Plus... The train ride was neat and I'm sure kids would love it.

Having two courses is fantastic because there is very minimal waiting. We played this course 3 times because it was so much fun (and I'm NOT a mini golf fan). The train ride to the start is fun too!

Kids love it! We like it! It is very easy to get to and one of the nicer Mini Golf courses in the area.

This place looks like so much fun, with waterfalls, a pirate ship and a little train to take you to the first hole. Once the golfing starts however, the experience doesn't maintain the same fun factor. There are few obstacles or challenges that make mini-golf entertaining. Most of the holes are straight on or a simple dogleg. Even the secret passages down the multiple tunes lacked any element of skill.
Kids and adults don't need to be spoon fed fun all wrapped up with fancy packaging alone. A big part of the entertainment needs to come from accomplishment. For the price, I expected a bit more than a pretty package.
