“Very Attentive Staff”

We took a road trip and we stopped at this Hampton Inn. It is a refurbished motel not a new one like most of them that I have stayed at. However they did make over the rooms completely so it is a very pleasant place to lay your head during a trip. All the Hilton amenities that any one would need are available. The only problem was the wifi in our room did not work.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay with us. We opened as a Hampton Inn in 1994. This was still the early years for Hampton and exterior properties were common along the highways. We are in the process and are set to break ground in November on a brand new Hampton Inn directly across the street from our current location. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

After many stays at this hotel we are sure to return. Always warmly welcomed. Staff leans over backward to take care of guests. Breakfast is not the best, but it is free. Will be a little sorry when the new hotel opens and we lose the exterior rooms where we park right outside out room.

Driving home from our cruise we had accepted that it would be it for enjoying five star service. Much to our surprise the Hampton Inn was top notch. The price was more reasonable then their competitors that night and the service from start to finish was excellent!
During check in I mentioned we were going swimming immediately after. The person at the desk asked if we had dinner, and if not, she could have someone bring it to us at the pool.

The room meet or exceeded the standard for Hampton Inn. With a microwave and mini-fridge (with freezer!). The sink was a nicely appointed marble top stand alone sink. With the towels arranged in various shapes (another nice touch!).

The beds were comfortable to sleep in.
At breakfast the service was again excellent, with the staff going out of their way help my youngest make a waffle. When leaving one of the staff asked if we remembered to bring home our 'rubber duckie' that was left in the room. When I said no, she brought out two (one for each of my children!).

If given the chance I would stay at this hotel.

This is the first time staying at this Hilton property. We were greeted at the door by a young man. He was holding the door open for my wife to come in while I took our luggage out of the car. Then he offered to help me. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast bar was excellent. Very good nutritional choices and hot food ! I would stay again.

I enjoyed a one night stay at the Hampton Lumberton. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They Gave recommendations and sent several faxes for me. The room was updated and clean, breakfast was well prepared and the property was very clean. GREAT JOB!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for business. I have never stayed in a hotel where there was such a focus on the needs, requirements, and expectations of the customer. The service by provided by Jonica and Kimberly at the front desk was beyond expectations. Their actions in managing my room choice- location, quiet, etc was amazing. In addition, the hotel is VERY clean and well kept. This hotel truly delights the customer.

This hotel is a great stop! nice and clean, pool was refreshing and the staff very was friendly. This stop had a walmart nearby and lots of food options. The breakfast was good and hit the spot. We would stay here again.
