As you may or may not know, this is a relatively new restaurant in the past year. Our daughter, who has Celiac Disease can not eat in all restaurants because she can not handle ANY form of gluten in her food or any cross contamination from any fryers, pots, pans or utensils used to make regular food. It’s really quite a problem!
Enter MIA, who owns Brick House!! I called ahead to make sure there would be no issues. She was lovely and assured me that since she has Celiac Disease herself, they would take good care of her! What a relief!
Our daughter had Shrimp on a skewer dinner and her fiancé had the Gluten Free Hamburger with gluten free fries. She also had the gluten free Hush Puppies. Everything wonderfully made and she didn’t get sick!
My husband and I had “regular” food and it was great too.
Thank you Mia and staff. We will definitely be back!
