This flea market has seen many changes over the years. The vendors are largely Hispanic, and cater to their tastes. However, there is such a variety, that there will be something for everyone.

Unless you are fluent in Spanish, don't waste your time. The outside of the Flea Market (closest to the road) is loaded up with cheap clothing, electronics, CD/DVD - usual junk. Deeper inside the market you will find an array of fresh veggies and fruits that is amazing. Inside the buildings there are bakers and other kinds of goodies. If you like crowds and bargaining, this is the place. Not my style.

Sorry, but I first went here 13 years ago and it was great. You could find antiques, locally grown produce etc. It is now and for the last 5 years or more been converted towards the Mexican population here and caters to that ethnic group. Produce is from somewhere but not locally grown, speak Spanish or they don't understand (or want to).

Visit flea markets in SC or up in the Concord area.

It is mostly Hispanic people. Not a lot of people who speak English. A lot of Spanish cultures. Both indoors and outdoors. Food is available. Lots of walking

Okay, the other reviewer is correct - this flea market is a waste if you are going there to purchase items such as antiques, furniture, etc.

However, there is plenty of fresh veggies at a good bargain.

The BEST reason to go here is simple - to eat! Go here for lunch if you like Mexican food. It's fresh, it's authentic, it's cheap and you cannot get a better overall deal.

Sounds crazy I know, but I haven't found this level of authentic Mexican food since living on the border. It's the real deal. There are quite a few different little food stands to hit, so you could walk around just grabbing what you wanted here and there.

If you are in the area, or just passing through, and have a hunkerin' for real Mexican food, then pull out a $5 bill and get over to this place, you will not be disappointed!
