We had lunch inside the cool dining room. I had the fried green tomato and shrimp tapa, and a bowl of tomato soup for lunch. The soup came in a large bowl, was good, but a little too acidic. The other diners had the tuna melt sandwich, which was made with fresh, not canned, tuna (outstanding and huge), and the meatloaf lunch, which was okay. We got a side of bourbon mashed sweet potatoes and they were a hit. Perfect creme brulee for dessert. Nice atmosphere, a little shabby, but southern all the way.

We take a group to Floyd's every year when we are in the area. The food is incredible, the staff magnificent, and the atmosphere amazing. I have worked my way through half the menu and never been disappointed. This place is a 'can't miss', even though they dropped the Happy Stick from the menu.

We love the outdoor dining and bar. The night we were there "The Ends" band was playing and they were fabulous! The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding! I had shrimp and grits and it was excellent! Highly recommend!

Our family celebrated a birthday at Floyd's last week. The food was delicious as usual. The Peppercorn Filet is a favorite. Everything was delicious!

Enjoyed one of the specials; grouper and pan seared scallops. Always nice to enjoy dinner on the patio this time of year. Splitting the entree leaves room for the dessert.
