Have stayed here twice, with consistent service. Rooms are well designed, and they feel bigger than they are. Desk staff polite and helpful. We had an issue with our in room refrigerator and was immediately handled. The maintenance guy actually reloaded our drinks into the re fridge after replacing it. Only negative is at my rate they charged a per diem for airport parking, and they also charge for breakfast. They do provide coffee, supposedly for 24 hrs but it was inconsistently available or cold in the afternoon and evening. There is an in room coffee maker. They do have a nice little bar service at night. All staff were usually wearing smiles, and the managers were usually out and about, not hiding in the office. Rooms were clean with plush towels for a hotel at this price point. There is a steakhouse across the street, but otherwise it's sort of by itself in the culdesac by the airport. The airport shuttle prompt and runs all the time.More
