I stayed at this hotel for a conference and found that the staff was helpful, the rooms were fresh, and the meeting facilities were perfect for our group. I'd recommend this location to anyone doing business in the Raleigh area.

Am actually still in house writing this review. This is an airport hotel with clean facilities, friendly stuff and some very very nice rooms. A really feel at home ambience in the lobby with a relative small bar and restaurant. Above adequate fitness center and for families...an indoor pool. A real surprise and a hands down "I recommend" place
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, even while you are still in house. I’m pleased to hear that you enjoyed our features and amenities, our warm and welcoming staff, and your experience as a whole. We hope to welcome you back next time you are in town!
We decided on this hotel based on stays at other 4 points by Sheratons and also the fact that it said it had an indoor heated pool. When we went to check in the clerk wouldn't give us the time of day until he found out that we were SPG members and then he was the friendliest person you could ask for. We got up to our floor and the first thing we noticed was the carpet needed vacuuming not a big deal we figured since the maid was still on the floor that it would get done. 2 days later when we checked out the floors still hadn't been vacuumed and there was candy still in the same spot by elevator that we noticed on check in day. Kids couldn't get wait to get into the indoor heated pool as it says in the description. The kids and my husband all got in and i think I saw them walk on water as the water was freezing. By no means was it close to being warm. I am thinking in the high 60's or very low 70's for water temps. Rooms were nice but the second day when the maid came in she never replaced towels for our adjoining room but she did take the dirty towels so 1 room was left with no towels. Brooks in the bar was fantastic and friendly even though he was swamped. Upon checking out we found out that there was room tax we were being charged for even though we shouldn't have had any charges since we paid for our room with points. My husband called the front desk to inquire about it and the same clerk as check in was very short and told my husband that we used cash and points and not all points. My husband said no we used all points and the clerk said we would have to call spg. Of course my husband called SPG right away and the lady told us we paid with all points and that we should have no charges besides our food that we bought. She called the front desk and talked to the clerk. When we got to the desk to check in the clerk said that they can't take the charge away till he gets paper worked faxed to him and money would be refunded in a couple days. No problem taking the money out but slow to give it back to you. He asked how our stay was and my husband said it was ok. The clerk said glad you had a great stay. Needless to say we will not be back to this hotel
The room was perfect, the food was good plenty of what i needed. The meeting room was good and free of outside noise the pool was clean (did not use) But I felt a bit put off by a few of the help. When I arrived at the airport I called and said i was in. I told them i just left the gate and had to claim a bag. Then I went to the spot out side and called and this man was apologetic but accusing me of his being late. Then I could not check in at first they needed to get a manager. then leaving I asked for the airport shuttle at 815 he assured me that it would be ready outside at 830am so I waited at 840 I asked whats up and he had never even called the guy.
Arrived at Raleigh/Durham airport right after and ice/snow storm. Hotel covered the cab to the property (maybe unusual but a step up) as they chose not to operate the shuttle on the bad roads. Check-in was smooth even at midnight and noticed great aromas from the kitchen and that the lounge area was full. Lindsey, the chef, came by and invited us down with some food suggestions. Hadn't planned on it but she was so nice and the atmosphere was inviting, that we came back down. Glad we did! Beau, the bartender, was friendly and engaged with the customers and Lindsey hooked us up with great custom, made to order burgers. They made a dark and cold night very friendly. And by the way, the room was excellent, too, comfortable bed and great pillows. Would definitely come back!
