“Fantastic Food, Great Service”
Reviewed 5 July 2014

Cracker Barrel is wonderfully located! We have ordered out a number of times from this location and love the weekly specials (I really love the talapia). It's also wonderful to be able to enjoy breakfast in the evening, at an inexpensive price. I also love seeing a few of the treats/snacks from back-in-day!

“Always consistently great”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Food and service is always without a doubt consistently great no matter which Cracker Barrel you visit....including this one. I love their chicken and dumplins with veggies.

If Cracker Barrel ever decides to do a remodel on their restaurants, I hope they will take into consideration some way to control the noise levels in the restaurant. It would be nice to have a separate dining area for weary business travelers at the end of a long work day to enjoy a quiet home-cooked meal - the design of the current restaurants only seems to add to the decibel levels of the excited children screams. (It's a shame not all the parents are courteous and considerate enough to hear their children as the other diners do and explain to the kiddos about 'using inside voices'. We always walked our kids out when their little voices impacted the dining experiences of other people.)

“Cracker Barrel a fun find”
Reviewed 30 May 2014

Had a stopover in Raleigh before flying back to Canada. Was staying around the airport. Hotel staff recommended Cracker Barrel to us as we wanted something southern and with variety. This place is very neat. Part of it is an old fashioned "general store" with lots of candies, snacks, and tourist-type items. The front of the hotel features a long deck with rocking chairs. Restaurant menu is huge and priced very reasonably - majority of items under $10. Items come with numerous sides, from a long list of options. Staff was very pleasant and happy to accommodate any way possible. Had the catfish platter with okra, cheese grits, and dumplings. Also comes with cornbread and biscuits. Followed that with the butter pecan and chocolate cobbler...wow! Huge and to die for. And for $3? Unheard of in Canada. Would highly recommend this location and chain to anyone. Hope to get to one again in the future. Have heard the breakfasts are excellent as well.
