Excellent room, spacious, quiet, nice view of water and boats and superior bed linens and pillows. Those are the pluses. On the minus side, the front desk check in person had no assistance when I checked in on a busy Friday night, and I had to wait a LONG time for her to deal with callers, help guests and finally check me in after an arduous travel day. Hotel 'improvements' or construction meant no workout room and a bad chemical smell in the hallway near my room. A modest Room service lunch of $8.75 cost me 16 bucks, when they added in room delivery fee, taxes, a 'small print' gratuity plus my cash tip at the door. Too pricey and a bit awkward when the meal was delivered.

Stay was OK we will book again. HVAC was noisy and we encountered under staffing in the restaurant along with dirty coffee cups and silverware. We must say that the Hotel was going thru a renovation, we will be back.

We had good room, one with a view. The A/C was very loud The restaurant at the hotel was understaffed. Our breakfast was tasty but the coffee cups were dirty so was the silverware. Overall not great but not a deal breaker. They are undergoing renovations at this time. But you cant beat the location. And they are pet friendly. We will be back.

Had an excellent view of the river and the room was so nice. Room service was well worth the few extra dollars for delivery. The staff was great in meeting all my needs upon request. There are many shops and things to do.

We booked adjoining rooms for ourselves and our teenage granddaughters at the retired military rate. We had a fantastic view overlooking the marina and the pool area. The location was perfect for a vacationing family in heart of the historic downtown area. Hope to return again. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Lets start with the bed. It was horrible. It sank in the middle. Lets go to the noise. On the Friday of our arrival there was a party on the verandah which was sponsored by the hotel up until 10 PM at which time it moved inside. We were on the second floor which was like trying to sleep in a disco. Lets go to being picked up by the shuttle at the airport. We called the hotel and were told that the the Concierge had taken it to the bank and they could not tell us when he would be able to pick us up. There words were; "We are working on it". We waited a half hour and when we were picked up the driver told us that he went to the bank, the liquor store and the bridge was up. Lets talk about housekeeping: They never cleaned our room after the first night and we had to call for clean towels.

Hotel staff appeared disheveled with poor appearance. No air condition in hallways and elevator. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience. One small TV in a large suite. No refrigerator available in room to keep drinks cool.
