Overall a very nice Hampton but our two rooms reeked of cigarette smoke smell. This is a non-smoking property. Also they could move the approved smoking area away from the main entrance as every time we entered or exited the property there were numerous people standing by the door smoking.

What a fantastic hotel with great amenities and terrific, helpful staff!! The overnight stay with a delicious breakfast was great enough. But add to that the friendliness of the staff and this is a must stay place if you are in the Brevard, NC area!

Beds are very uncomfortable. Air conditioning was very loud and made everything damp. The location was good if you are visiting Brevard College or Pisgah Forest. I would stay here again only if all other hotels were booked.

Hotel was a Hampton and was clean and nice. Internet was slow and obviously older. Beds were not the most comfortable but that part may be me. Great location for attractions. Overall happy with my stay.

Typical, nice Hampton Inn facade, foyer, & breakfast area. Down hill after that. A room request I made 9 months in advance (top floor) couldn't be honored. Room (210) furniture was low quality and distressed with overuse. The tub held standing water, was altered at some point in an attempt to correct it and left strong angles to stand on while showering. The room temperature was difficult to maintain at a comfortable feel even at a setting of 65 degrees inside and 70 degrees outside. Persons running in the hallway on the floor above me were (as expected) plainly heard through the ceiling.

Location is fantastic. Brevard has some great restaurants (Falls Landing, Dugan's) and shops (White Squirrel). Breakfast was good (assuming you like cheese on everything).

Room Tip: Insist on top floor if ceiling noise is an issue for you.
