Cindy Nameth manages a great place and a great staff. Easy checkin/checkout. Restaurant serves excellent meals and has excellent wait staff. Great location, accessible to major attractions and staff are knowledgeable of local events.

The check-in could not have been easier. Fast and efficient. Rooms very clean, halls clean. No soda machine on second floor, so it can be difficult for someone who has a hard time with stairs. Yes - there is an elevator, but it is at the far end of the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Real eggs (++), good coffee, helpful kitchen staff. Enjoyed the stay. For my business, the location was perfect.

From check in to check out a fantastic place to stay. All employees are very helpful, courteous and professional. Room was very clean and equipped with most anything you may need. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of items.

Building interior is a little long in the tooth with furniture appointments and should be updated. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and secure facility. Restaurant onsite is good value. Breakfast choices were limited but taste was satisfying

This hotel must have been great and elegant 40 years ago, but now it looks old. It's built like a huge square and the outdoor gardens in the center are beautiful, as well as the outdoor pool, however inside it seems like you're stepping back in time, to the '70s. Carpet, colors, furniture, everything looks old, not antique, just old, and it smells dusty.
Lady with long blonde hair at the front desk was grumpy. Our room was on the opposite side of the building and it was like a maze to find the laundry room or go back to the reception!
It was so quiet that I didn't feel safe walking by myself through the hotel. If you're a single woman staying here, I suggest asking for a room on the first floor and as close as possible to the front desk.
Mattresses are good, pillows too old and soft. Bathroom looks nice and is clean. Breakfast looked good, but most items are carbs&sugar and the proteins taste greasy. Breakfast staff is really nice.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, it is very important to us. I would like to say that we have brand new carpet in all guest rooms and common areas so I'm not sure why you mentioned it looking old. The bed pillows are also brand new as well. We also do not have any staff here with long blonde hair so I'm not sure which staff member you are referring to. Again, thank you for your comments, we truly appreciate them.
