While in downtown Raleigh, I saw the Legislative Building and decided to visit. The staff welcomed me warmly and provided me with information on a tour. It did not take long and since the legislature was not in session, it was nice and quite. Since new to the State of North Carolina, I had a chance to see both the House and Senate and hope to return when in session. Always interesting to see where government meets and do what they do!
