“eh, had better”
Reviewed 26 July 2013

its ok. think Cheesecake factory meets Magiano's and you have Brio Tuscan Grille. If i was in the mood for Italian, Brio would not be my first pick. The food seemed a little "microwaved', if you know what I mean. You'd be better off heading to a mom and pop italian joint if you are in the mood for a more authentic type menu. Would I go back? Probably not for dinner. Lunch, maybe.

“Very nice atmosphere and food was great as well as service”
Reviewed 25 July 2013

Visited during lunch hours during a softball college showcase. The waitress was very helpful in making recommendations and my daughter and I both had the Chicken Parmesan which was crispy and delicious. Desserts looked awesome but we were in a bit of a rush. Will be back if in area. Ended up spending @ 80 for lunch so was a little pricey but nice.

“Nothing special”
Reviewed 19 July 2013 via mobile

Service was slow. My filet came out well done instead of medium. The side of sweet potatoes, spinach and peppers was excellent! The restaurant was large and loud.

“Classy Italian (American) restaurant”
Reviewed 4 July 2013

The Brio Tuscan Grille is located in a tony shopping mall in the Crabtree area of Raleigh. It has a large, busy, tastefully decorated dining room with a vibrant bar scene. Service is excellent: hostess, servers and waiters were cordial, efficient and professional. Food was well prepared and presented, with American size (i.e., large) portions. My wife's steak was very tender with excellent taste; however, my mahi mahi was well prepared but tasteless, and the caprese garnish of tomatos and basil was bland. Do not come here for an intimate dinner. The large bar has a prominent place at one end of the dining room and is raucous; music is constantly piped in, and the hard surfaces promote the sounds of the many conversations going on. On the other hand, the vitality and energy of the place is attractive in its own way.

“Amazing Service & Good Food!”
Reviewed 26 June 2013

It was five of us we were seated in the bar section along the back wall, The Manager Tim asked it were were willing to move because it was suppose to be reserved for another group of people. He offered to pay for our food, and we agreeded, But I must say that he turned an posibble situtaion that could have been difficut into amazing experience & The food was good every single bite! and He and the servers were so accomdating, he actually went over & above. We all really appericated the customer service. I have always liked Brio and I appauld Tim for the way he handled the entire situation. Thanks for a nice Birthday Dinner !
