Margaux's uses only farm-fresh produce and constantly rotates its menu, including flavors from all over the world. Last night, I had a spring roll appetizer over Julienne vegetables and for a main course, grilled Mahi Mahi over a Middle Eastern veggie and couscous salad with lemon tahini dressing. Each dish is something I have never tasted before and always enjoyable. Also, you will often find the owner walking around and making sure you are enjoying your meal. Easily one of the best restaurants in Raleigh!
