This is a probably a 3-4 star for the area. The staff were great – very hospitable and responsive. Recommended for the staff. One side of the hotel is over the main road so very noisy during the day and part of the night. The internet was decent – even using a VPN. Location is great - just down the road from the main mosque. Overall recommended.

A bit old (20 years?) modern hotel with pretty quiet rooms and not too hard beds. You can get a beer at least downstairs for 10-20 Yuan. Breakfast Chinese with limited European option. Location is very good near to major attractive mosque and in the evening you'll see many Muslim people in cafés and walkind down the street. Safe feeling both inside and outside the hotel.

The Enraton is centrally located in Xining close to busy streets with restaurants, shops and shopping malls, and mosques including the main Dong Guan Mosque.

The place is typically Chinese but rooms are cleaner and better maintained than in most hotel in this part of China. AC works fine, rooms are silent despite the location, shower is great, TV is easy to operate as opposed to many other hotels and wifi works pretty fine.

Breakfast is fantastic compared to other such hotels in terms of choice, food preparation and freshness. Staff is indeed dedicated and overcome low English-speaking skills with true willingness to help.

In good central position, well decor rooms but the rooms were a bit small. Not a five star property, more like 3.5 to 4 with typical hard chinese beds, otherwise a good night sleep.
Nice views if you get the right rooms especially facing the park.

Average hotel in a fairly busy location, lots of shops closeby, as well as a couple of mosques. Stayed in a room on the 7th floor. No street noise. Clean. Like many hotels in Mainland China (apart from the better five star ones), the lighting in the room is quite dim. The flourescent ceiling lights are of the harsh white kind (like the ones in the bathroom) though.

Bed: hard.
Bedding: clean.

Bathroom: compact but clean. I am 1.7m tall and found the hand washbasin to be very low.
The shower cubicle is enclosed. Towels are relatively thin. Water pressure is average.
