“Great hospitality”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 February 2014

Would definitely recommend palme delfina! Great hospitality from owner who tries everything to make your stay comfartable. We were even invited to have breakfast in his own house with the family when it was raining cats & dogs with home baked cake. The property is extensive with olive trees and nice pool with a great view on mountain village Erice.

This villa is one of the most charming places we stayed at during our tour of Italy and Sicily. The hosts are warm and welcomed us as one of the family. There was great attention to detail and the rooms and fittings of the highest standard. Our breakfast was delightful and enjoyed outdoors in an idyllic setting. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travellers.

Room Tip: All the rooms were excellent

Antonio and Delfina, the owners of the villa, offer something different form the usual hotels. While staying at the villa, you immediately feel welcome and part of the family, unlike many hotels. We used to have breakfast all together, while Antonio used to entertain us with some stories and also recommend what to do and good restaurants.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden. We stayed at the villa during winter so we did not get the opportunity to use the pool and enjoy the gardens, however I imagine that in summer it offers the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the Sicilian sun.

The villa is located 15mins away by car from trapani centre. It is ideal to explore western Sicily as most heritage sites are located less than 30mins away. I would suggest to rent a car as it is located in the countryside.

Michela, their helper, makes the most amazing coffee and does a really good job as breakfast was impeccable and the rooms were extremely clean.

It was such an enjoyable holiday, that my boyfriend and I are thinking of going back in summer.

Antonia, Delfina and Michela- thank you for making our short holiday unforgettable

The place is on the outskirts of Trapani city - away from the hussle and noise found in a typical city. The peace which resides in this B&B allowed us to relax and regain our energies from the tiring work routine. Here you will find all the essential amenities which will make your stay truly enjoyable....and more. The pool and pool area are particularly my highlight - with the imposing Erice mountain as a backdrop. Breakfast is taken outdoors - plenty of sweet and savoury items. In particular I liked the genuine locally produced pork ham. Antonio ensures that every problem or query or issue get resolved in the least hassle possible - this was very appreciated since the last thing you want during a holiday is feeling helpless or stressed. Delfina was very gentle and welcoming - especially when we had to use their private living room to continue our breakfast when a storm suddenly broke out! The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Definitely need a car for this location where security and parking space are not an issue. Finally this was mosquito season: Antonio provided an extermination gadget but we also got our own for double protection!

Room Tip: Some rooms are in the basement with no views to the outside and access to terrace is through stairs.

The owner of the magnificent villa, Antonio, just loves to do what he does since July this year: giving people the best time they can possibly dream of when they're on their holiday.
The rooms are stylish and very clean, the setting is just breathtaking and the service is irreproachable. A free drink when you arrive or just in the hot evenings on one of the beautiful terraces around the villa are an everyday thing.

We booked for 1 night because we were going to Vulcano (300km away) the next day. We found the B&B was so good that we booked another night after we came back from Vulcano 4 days later.

After 2 days in the villa, everyone is Antonio's friend and you will also be treated like one.
Nowhere else you will be served better than with here.

Have fun!

All was perfect: perfect warm welcome, friendly people, great setting, perfect breakfast and good quality room, clean, comfortable and tasty decoration. The garden is lovely and the small pool refreshing. The breakfast had a great selection of cheeses as well as sweets.
